Support Love, Jessica by donating $25 and receiving a ceramic heart lapel pin of your choice in return!
*If you do not want/need the heart lapel pin for yourself, you can gift it to someone else (we can mail it on your behalf if desired) -OR- you can donate the heart back to our Organization and it will be donated to a hospital in Northwest Indiana or Louisville, KY to be gifted to a bereaved mother.
This fundraiser will go on for the entire month of May, so that we can honor as many mom's as possible!
These are handmade ceramic heart lapel pins, each a little unique, meant to be worn on Mother's Day and any special occasion in remembrance of a baby lost too soon. This is a great way to let your friend, family member, co-worker, etc. know that you remember and honor their baby and what they have been through.
100% of the proceeds will go to continue our mission of financially supporting bereaved families.

Both miscarriage and stillbirth describe pregnancy loss, but they differ according to when the loss occurs. A miscarriage is the loss of a baby before the 20th week of pregnancy, occurring in 10-20% of all known pregnancies. A stillbirth is the loss of a baby after 20 weeks of pregnancy, with a majority occurring at or near full term, right before or during delivery. More than 24,000 babies are stillborn in the United States each year, affecting about 1 in 160 births. They cut across all socio-economic classes, races, religions, body types and age groups. No woman or family is immune.
I had my own notion of grief.
I thought it was the sad time
that followed the death of
someone you love
and you have to push through it
to get to the other side.
I am learning that
there is no other side.
There is no pushing
through anything,
but rather, an absorption.
Adjustment and acceptance.
Grief is not something you complete,
but rather endure.
Grief is not a task to finish
and move on,
but an element of yourself,
an alteration of your being.
A new way of seeing, and
a new definition of self.
